• The air conveyor suited for conveying all types of PET bottles and other plastic bottles.
• The air conveyor propels empty bottles with low air pressure forward along on specially developed guide rails of hard wearing and low friction and conveys the bottles in a way of supporting their neck rings that can solve the bottle-falling problem often occurred in the chain conveyers with plane tabletops because the way of suspending their neck rings enables the air conveyor to convey the bottles with safety, fastness and gentleness.
• In case of changing bottles with different heights, it is only need ed to adjust the height in the in-feed and discharge ends of the air conveyor, without need of adjusting the height in the whole production line.
• The air conveyor with frequency inverters can be easily controlled at the speed by adjusting its air flow speed.
