• The machine is suitable for washing and drying plastic crates.
• The washing sections can be designed for two or three tanks of washing according to customers' demand.
• Spraying nozzles of crate washer are imported form Japan and can be designed to clean every angles of crate.
• The drier uses steam to be heat exchange medium for air to remove water in the plastic crate surface.
• The machine can be designed for following two types
• One is electrical heated type. (This is for plant which isn't equipped with boiler and machine demand capacity is below 500 crates/hour.)
• The other one is steam type and its capacity is faster and more efficient. (This is suitable for plant which is equipped with boiler.)
