INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL TRANSFER:
l Seller will dispatch 1-2 qualified technicians for 1 week
（5 working days and 2 holidays）to buyer’s factory for machine installation and train buyer’s worker to operate machines.l
For the first time to set up plant equipment (1 week), the charge of round trip air tickets and accommodation of technicians to buyer’s factory will be free.But for “after sell service”, the charge of round trip air tickets and accommodation of
technicians to buyer’s factory
will be paid by buyer.
l Seller
must provide buyer technical information and operation brochure including
the drawing of electricity of each machine, layout of the equipment,
detailed electricity diagram and specified parts list of each machine.
l
Buyer has to arrange following staff for machine installation before technician arrival:a. Unloaded machines from containers, unpack and placed the equipment at proper position in the factory, the charge be paid by buyer.
b. Get electrical cable ready from main control box of factory to main switch of
each machine, the charge be paid by buyer.
c.
Suitable material
for testing machine for using 2 weeks, the charge be paid by buyer.
d. Suitable all related parts and devices for testing machine for using 2 weeks, the charge be paid by buyer.
e. Enough Staffs for assisting of set up and testing machines, the charge be paid by buyer.
f. Lubrication oil for machines, the charge be paid by buyer.
l Before
seller’s technicians arrive buyer’s factory and inspect all facility
and staff for machines installation, buyer can not start any machines
running. All power connected to each machine and turn on power to machines
must be under watching of seller’s qualified technicians.
l Time
of commission of all equipment: within 1 week of working days at
buyer’s factory.
l Time of training workers: within 1 week of working days at buyer’s factory.
