1.This machine consists of filling system, cooling system and mould preheat system. Apply to make jumbo pencil lipstick, slim pencil lipstick, general lipstick and slim lipstick.
2.Filling System
(1)Two sets of 20L double jacket tank with heating, adjustable stirring
and temperature control system.
(2)12 pcs long and slim nozzle with patented heating plate device.
(3)Mould center up & down moving plate device. Centering and speed is
adjusted by CNC controller.
(4)Quantitative filling system is controlled by numerically control
adjusting speed and quantitative.
(5)Three position system for mold numerically control the speed of mold up
& down and position adjustment.
3.Air ¡Vcooled cooler & mould preheat equipment.
4.Machine is controlled by man machine interface system.
5.The monitor will display abnormal situation and it can set and memory different filling system so as to change mould quickly.
6.It¡¦s easy to operate and clean. Removable pump for quick cleaning & color changing. (In order to cooperate with the time of changing color, it's suggest to purchase an extra pump for convenience as to exchange directly).
