The IAG24 series comes with the knitting design of dial 2 tracks, cylinder 4 tracks (Six-Lock type), which precision design provides you with a prompt & easy exchange of knitting.

IAG44 series adopts dial 4 tracks, cylinder 4 tracks raceways (eight-lock type). Its cam raceway is closed type. Suitable for knitting rib fabric & double jersey fabric and also for combining the lycra yarns.

B. Computer milled cam holder and cams with high accuracy and interchangeable with each other. Cam holders are set with single bevel screw, reducing changing time and assures 100% setting accuracy.


C. Two tracks of cam holder. PK cams are optional.
D. High precision touched type control panel with R.P.M. meter and three shift counter, easily to change it and durable even in long time operation.

E. 200 steps take up device with mechanical gearbox is standard. Setting with safety switch under the bed of take up device that will stop the machine once incorrect operation.

Germany Memminger MPF yarn feeding devices is optional.
H. This machine can make many different types of loop-pile fabric in filament or span yarns, single jersey velvet, diamond velvet and pola fleece. With low shearing loss, even loop, no droppings etc. characteristics, this machine can match with any demand of high grade garments. Meanwhile, by using PK tuck cams, this machine can make pique pile fabric as well as excellent lycra fabric by using Memminger lycra device MER-4/R/24V.
