Bottle infeed
Intelligent Auto infeed bottle device, it auto control the bottles into bottle guide with quantity and direction.

Gripper system
The mechanism of gripper consists of mobile gripper head with separated type.  Automatic separation and get together of the gripper heads is acted by pneumatic cylinder.
The gripper head is easily exchangeable for handing different bottles sizes.

Packing movement
It adopts pneumatic cylinder to divide and fix bottles automatically before bottles being put into the case. When the collected bottles be put the case, they can match with the case space absolutely correct, meed not use the bottle enforcement directed slat. It avoids bottle to be damaged and keep the appearance in good look.

Dirving system----The best feature of the packer
The return movement of the head support beam is achieved with two cam lever assemblies positioned on either side of the structure by means of the circular movement of gripping bottles and putting bottles the return to the original position of the gripping system. The diving system is moved by pneumatic cylider.  The motor-reducer is counter-balanced by a pressure-balanced device, that made the operation from the gripping bottles to putting bottles into the case is stability and the construction would not be damaged and increase its usage life.
