• The machine is suitable for washing glass bottles and plastic bottles of various materials with easy operation.
• The machine is suitable for different sizes of bottles by changing proper accessories with simple actions, without need of any tools.
• Equipped with parts made of special material, the water injection devices are allowed to use cool cleaning water and hot cleaning water.
• Equipped with a circulation system in the machine, rising water is recyclable for repeated use. The injection valves of the water injection devices controlled by photo sensor will not inject out water in case of lacking empty bottles. The above two ways both can save water.
• The in-feed screw and the in-feed star wheel are driven each with a gear made of MC nylon and a gear made of iron, which can lower noise and prolong the working life of the gears.
• There are protective doors installed at each side of the machine for lowering noise and keeping the operation in safety when the machine is in working.

In feed screw, bottle-guild plates, star wheel and bottle  gripping pads are easily exchangeable for handing different bottle sizes. Moreover, in-feed star wheel and exit star wheel are all equipped with safety devices to make sure that the machine will automatically stop working in case the bottles jamming.

>Usable with various kinds of cleaning water or sterilized air, the injection tubes installed with the rotary joints are designed to handle one-phase or multi-phase washing, subject to the requirements of customers.

In demands, the injection time of the injection valves is adjustable with easy operation. Moreover, The control way of the TFTC injection valves allows the injection nozzles to handle automatic CIP (clean in place) movements before normal works.
