FEATURE

• No direct supervision is necessary during operation thanks to the reliability and handling simplicity rotating system.
• The machine controlled by the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) can automatically decelerate or accelerate its speed according to circumstances of the production line. If anything should occur, the machine will stop working. The control system of the machine is also fitted up with the inverter for gentle control of the mechanical start and stop of the machine.
• Suitable for different type bottle.  Only change the selecting pieces and descending chutes while change an other type bottle on production. No special tools or skilled personnel are necessary; no adjustment should be having after change.
• The interior of the tank equipped with a sensor which can detect automatically the amount of bottles lifted from the bottle elevator pour down to the rotating disk, no manual operation is necessary.
• Rotating disk and discharge (exit) conveyor are synchronous action, it can ensure that the empty bottle would not fall down while at high speed continuously movement.
• The discharge conveyor is equipped with a blower to stuck the bottle base, therefore the bottle would not fall down after the bottles have been arranged in the conveyor.
• The discharge conveyor is equipped with an photo sensor, by which the unscrambler will automatically stop working in case bottles are fallen down and will restart after manual elimination.
• The control panel can display the working situation and the current production speed of each device.

UNSCRAMBLER is designed with rotary type; adopt selecting pieces and descending funnels, moreover auxiliary with air pressure force to keep the empty bottles move continuously to the filling line.
