UNWINDER

Two shaft parallel type permits the replacement of substrate to be done without stopping extruder. Applying one more unwinder could laminate two substrates as a resultant material at the same time, both are equipped with tension controller and E.P.C. unit to attain a uniform tension and to decrease the lost of material while laminating.

REWINDEER

By surface friction rewinding, laminated sheet is wound up with smooth surface and uniform edge and slitted by air-shaftless knife, easy and fast changing roll makes labor work cut down to minimum.

LAMINATING BODY

• The interior of rollers with water cooling system makes strong and fast lamination; pressure roller covered silicon rubber would prevent laminated sheet sticking onto roller.

• Adjustable die lips ensure even film thickness.

SAFETY CLIP

Combined with square shaft, rolls could be changed quickly and safely, and substrate would not glide from roll while unwinders apply a brake.
